On the day of arrival, you will receive the access codes for the property and your apartment. There are no keys to collect and no need to wait for a host, you can access your apartment independently upon arrival.

HOUSEKEEPING
For longer stays
Daily housekeeping is not included. For stays of more than four nights, complimentary cleaning, fresh towels and a change of bed linen are provided for every four-night block. For stays of up to four nights, additional cleaning, fresh towels or bed linen can be requested for an extra charge.

before you arrive.
Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 10:00. If you would like to check in earlier, send us your approximate arrival time the day before. Early check-in cannot be guaranteed, but we will let you know as soon as your apartment is ready.

No. Good Grace Apartments does not have a reception. Staff are on site daily from approximately 10:00 to 14:00, and you can contact us by phone or WhatsApp whenever you need assistance during your stay.
Yes. If your apartment is not yet ready or you need to leave your luggage after check-out, our luggage storage area is available for you.
Yes. Late check-out must be requested at least 24 hours before departure. It depends on availability and our cleaning schedule and therefore cannot be guaranteed. The latest possible check-out is 11:00.

No. Superior Studio, Deluxe Studio and Studio categories have a kitchenette designed for light meal preparation. Superior Studios have a slightly larger kitchenette. Deluxe Rooms do not have a kitchenette, but include a mini fridge, Nespresso machine and kettle.
All apartments have a private bathroom with shower, air conditioning, underfloor heating in the bathroom, TV, Nespresso machine, kettle, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and free WiFi. Fridge and kitchenette types vary depending on the apartment category.
Yes. An iron and ironing board are available in the shared hallway for all guests to use.
The apartments have a central heating and air-conditioning system, with temperature controls inside the apartment. Bathrooms also have underfloor heating.
The property does not have private parking. Nearby options include Zone I street parking, the public garage at Langov trg and private parking at Vlaška 77. If you plan to leave your car in a garage for several days, we recommend checking availability in advance.
Yes. R1 invoices are available upon request. Please send us the required company details in advance.
