All twelve apartments are designed to the same standard of comfort and equipment. Some features vary depending on the selected category.

Superior Studios, Deluxe Studios and Studios feature a private kitchenette equipped for simple food and drink preparation, with dishes, glasses and cutlery provided. Deluxe Rooms do not have a kitchenette but they do have a mini fridge.
All twelve apartments are located on level -1, below street level, offering added privacy and a quieter stay in the heart of Zagreb.
Superior Studio
Our most spacious category, with apartments ranging from 23 to 32 m² and a larger private kitchenette. An ideal choice for guests looking for extra space and comfort during their stay. Apartments 1 and 7 can also accommodate a third guest.

Deluxe Studio
Four modern and comfortable apartments offering an excellent balance of space and value. The private kitchenette is equipped for simple food and drink preparation, and all apartments provide the same amenities and high standard of comfort as our other categories.

Studio
Our most affordable category, with two comfortable apartments ranging from 16 to 19 m², each with a private kitchenette. Located in a more tucked-away part of the property, they receive less natural light while offering the same level of comfort and amenities as our other categories.

Deluxe Room
